Muscle Force FX If you want to strengthen your legs, try doing wall sits. Find a place that is large enough for your body. Stand with the wall behind you about 18 inches. Start leaning back and bending your knees until your back completely fits on the wall. Keeping this position, slowly move your body down the wall until you are mimicking a sitting position. You should not, however, actually be resting on the ground. Maintain this position until you can't take it any more.
