Pharma "bad boy" Martin Shkreli is offering Kanye West 10 Million dollars to not release his new album "The Life of Pablo" and provide him with a sole copy. 

Shkerli took to Twitter minutes before Kanye's release event at Madison Square Garden in New York City stating "aiyo @kanyewest last minute can i buy your album out so it dont get released publicly"

Shkerli claims that Kanye's team is legally binded to take the offer to their board of directors. Shkerli stated on Twitter "Kanye and his label are legally required to take my offer letter to their Board of Directors. This should delay the album by a few days."
