Brown was released from prison this week after posting $250,000 bail and will stand trial on Sept. 20. The incident led to a standoff with SWAT, and he is being charged with assault with a deadly weapon. A text allegedly sent by Curran that alluded to her setting Brown up was leaked this week and further adds to the narrative that the attack was fabricated. However, she is standing by her story.
