The Queensbridge Emcee was released from the hospital after being treated for Vertigo. Symptoms of Vertigo are unbalanced perceptions of motion, Nausea and vomitting. Nas was scheduled to appear on "Live with Kelly and Michael," but had to cancel. He updated his fans on his medical condition with a tweet.
