Kim Kardashian Put's Instagram's efforts to infringe on your photos & rights on PAUSE  

Salute# to KK..Everyone was up in arms after Instagram changed their Terms of Service policy this week. The popular photo-sharing site started flexing, saying they now had the right to sell users' photos without compensation.

But it turns out that Kim Kardashian may very well save everyone's pictures! The Keeping Up with the Kardashians starlet is extremely upset and she's planning on leaving IG over this change in their T.O.S. Being that she's their most popular user and her whole family rounds out the top ten, Instagram is listening to her.

TMZ reports that the app is switching up its tune.

Instagram says the widespread interpretation of the policy was simply not true ... they're NOT selling user photos ... and apologized for the "confusing" language. Instagram says it's revising the wording and will release a new TOS in the near future.

But Kim K isn't convinced ... at least not yet ... and is telling friends she's thinking about shutting down her Instagram account, going to a rival photo-posting company ... and taking ALL OF HER FOLLOWERS WITH HER.
