DJ KAY SLAY FIGHTING FOR HIS LIFE AGAINST COVID 19

What a terrible way to start the New Year. Omicron cases in New York City and Los Angeles have exploded in recent weeks, and the pandemic is still taking its toll on the Hip Hop community. According to an Instagram post from Wack 100, it sounds like another revered member of the culture, DJ Kay Slay, is currently fighting for his life.

On Wednesday (January 5), the longtime music manager shared a photo of the 55-year-old New York legend and suggested Kay Slay is close to losing his battle with COVID-19.

“Pray for my brotha @djkayslay,” he wrote in the caption. “It’s not looking good. He might be mad at me for this those that know Slay but he needs all the support he can get … Been 14 days fighting Covid and he’s just be put on a ventilator . Keep him in your prayers Please.”
