Beanie Sigel Release From Prison..Welcome Home Boy...

Beanie Sigel is once again a free man.

The Philadelphia rapper was released from prison earlier this morning after serving a two-year sentence for tax evasion. Sigel, real name Dwight Grant was incarcerated after pleading guilty to not paying taxes totaling $728,000 between 1999 and 2005.

He was sentenced last March to an additional 6-to-23 month term behind bars for possession of a controlled substance but it's clear that Sigel's time served on that charge ran concurrently with his tax evasion charges.

A photo of the now 40-year old rapper appeared on Twitter via Triangle Offense Management member Wayno with the simple caption, "my nigga back."
