While chatting with TMZ over the weekend, Beanie Sigel revealed he’s no longer interested in being compensated for coming up with Kanye West’s ​​​​“Yeezy” nickname.

On a recent episode of Drink Champs, Kanye admitted that he owed his fellow Roc-A-Fella alum a check for creating the famous moniker. “I still owe Beanie money and I’ve been trying to give him this money for a minute,” he said. “I’m like, ‘This man made up the name.’”

A few days later, during a club appearance in his hometown of Philadelphia, Sigel told onlookers that Kanye had already reached out to him regarding compensation. “I got a phone call from the muthafucka the other day,” the Philly rapper said. “He said Sig gon’ get $50 million and a five percent stock in Yeezy.
