A fast spreading cancer is called an aggressive cancer. All you do is exercise the muscle that is between your scrotum and anus. (To find it, next time you pee, start and stop your stream - that muscle you use to start and stop is the one you want to exercise.) You can do this (without peeing, of course) anywhere you want - in the car, your bed or while watching TV. It involves sending a beam of radiation directly into the prostate gland to kill cancerous cells and hopefully not affect the surrounding normal tissue, prostastream.
