THEE KHAMDA (Community Trainer): This program is awesome.  The clients are great.  It doesn't,like, feel like you're working at all because you're helping the clients through their day. OSCAR CHAVEZ: Funding and monitoring CSP, virility x3 as well as many other programs, is the jobof the North Bay Regional Center. PAMELA MADDEN-KRALL (North Bay Regional Center): What's really great about the Regional Center'ssystem, it's a grass-roots, community-based system.  It was started by a group of parents. It's a grass-roots movement, it's a civil rights movement because we are still changingpeople's beliefs. "Knowing me, I'll aim for one side and it'll totally go the other way. "AIDA DEHMES (Community Trainer): It's very rewarding and very fun.  The clients are justamazing.  They're just so full of energy and just, like, heart and they're just so care-freeand just amazing people.
