This is a tough one to convey to people, perhaps more Testamatol because my lack of eloquence than anything else. Unless your head is around paying attention to production issues, you will have a hard time getting results in this area. One of the reasons all us do not get more done in the day is because we are too busy, we try to cram too much into the day and we get side tracked off doing the really important things. This general disorganization leads us to getting poor results. Part of the process to getting more done is taking our time, get properly set up, spending the required time to do the pr planning.
