There isn't gonna be able to give you as helpful  Oz health Guide tools as you need is someone who does so finding someone who you relate to that has maybe experienced some of the same things is going to be extremely important in your success now I'm not discounting that there are amazing coaches out there that have you know that are helping others make great progress that have made me never been obese I can't say that but I'm saying for me and my experience and what I see in my clients that having somebody who understands you who understands your struggles understands where you are emotionally and where you are in your life that is going to make a huge difference in my personal opinion..
