I personally just kept an eye on the number of calories and fat intake I took in on a daily basis and avoided any in-between meals, snacks, crisps, chocolate etc. I increased the portions of salad and vegetables and decreased the amount power trim 1200 of meat and carbs on my plate. The exercise just consisted of walking, I would often just walk up and down the Watford High Street at a brisk pace or walk around the Harlequin centre making sure to always take the stairs.
