ITSELF AS IS AUTHENTIC AND 1ST QUALITY?

I will reform a very old house Regenx AD (approx. 90 years) has uneven floors and some moth-eaten, and I intend level installing a new hardwood floor over the existing floor. Some friends recommend me to put dais tali, jatoba flooring others. I appreciate advise on what quality of these two boards is recommended, or if you recommend another quality.

In principle, the two woods are very similar in appearance, technical features, price and ease of delivery, and both are very suitable for the manufacture of floors.
