Keep in mind that any muscle-building routine you undertake is only effective if it makes you stronger. Focus on strength training and try lifting more weight from one workout to another. Remember that as a beginner TST Fuel you should be able to increase your weights by about five percent every two sessions. You need to reassess your program if your progress is slower than this. If you feel weaker than your previous workout session TST Fuel perhaps you have not yet fully recovered.
