Alpha Primal XL I took it EXACTLY as the directions explained, and have to be honest, I didn’t really notice anything. After a couple of days I felt like MAYBE I felt a bit of an increase in sex drive and performance. But as far as size, I did NOT notice any changes. The makers of AlphaMale XL state that they’ve noticed their product only works for about 80% of men, so I guess I fall into the 20% of men it doesn’t work for.
