Cut your potatoes about a 1/2" thick, put them into a bowl with a tbsp. of oil, then lightly add a pinch of rosemary (optional), salt, and pepper; bake one layer for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Loosen it by using a spatula, bake and turn it for another ten minutes or so. These potatoes are yummy when dipped in ketchup, and they do not have as many calories as traditional fries.
