Another excellent way to burn extra calories is to avoid carbs for the day. This is especially beneficial if you are a heavy carb eater including bread, sugar and sodas. Just by ditching the carb for the day you will regulate your sugar level thus being able to work harder for longer without a sugar crash. You will also be burning extra calories just doing what you do everyday since there will be no sugar in your system that you body can burn. The energy needed will come out of your fat deposits. If adopted for the long term this is an excellent way to get slim and in shape.

My favorite way to burn fat is talking a walk. There is nothing better than going for a long walk with your loved one and coming home refreshed. Whether it is around the block, to the park or to work, walking is the easiest way to burn calories while getting things done. So for a change ditch the car and take a walk. This will burn fat and make you feel fresher.
To come up with other ways to burn fat a simple method is if you do anything sitting down, can you do it standing up, if you do things standing up can you do them walking (e.g.) being on the phone, listening to music etc.
