An organic acid, Salicylate, promotes the growth of new skin cells by discarding the upper layers of epidermis. It has properties that can act on Herpesyl Fungus that causes this skin condition and may also contain astringent and antibacterial properties as well. Soaking the Skins on a solution, usually containing chlorine bleach, Listerine mouthwash and/or hydrogen peroxide. Even if you put on shoes, you still are at the risk of being infected with the Herpesyl Fungus.
